Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% happy you can ship your item back to us within 30 days of it arriving with you. 

Return your item in a brand new condition in the same packaging we shipped to you within 30 days of its arrival and we will refund your order if it is not a sale/clearance or final sale item. 

Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product

  • Has visible wear or damage.
  • Is not in the original package, including sleeves and tags. 
  • Is a final sale item (this does not include the use of a discount code or site-wide sales)


Does Vitaly Design pay return shipping fees?

Vitaly Design will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all customers in the USA and Canada. Outbound Exchange orders will be shipped for free with standard shipping.

We do not provide return shipping labels to customers outside of Canada and the USA. If you have questions or concerns regarding return shipping, please contact us.

To be eligible for prepaid return shipping, you must agree to all terms and conditions related to our return/exchange policy.

Important Note: Lost Returns Disclaimer

Customers must acknowledge and accept that order returns sent to Vitaly Design are the responsibility of the customer. In any circumstance where the returned item(s) do not reach Vitaly Design or arrive in appropriate original condition, the customer understands and accepts that their request may not be processed at the reasonable discretion of the business based on our policies and procedures. 


EU Customer Exceptions

Please be advised that orders made via vitalydesign.eu for European customers can be returned/exchanged within 30 days according to the Return and Refund Laws of the EU. 

*Customers shopping from vitalydesign.eu, please note that Final Sale items are only eligible for a full refund within 14 days.

Timeframe:

Returns can take several weeks to process as your item(s) must be shipped back to our warehouse to be inspected and approved. Please be patient as your refund will not be processed until it is inspected and approved at our warehouse.

Any refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, including gift cards if used during checkout.

A handling fee of $8.00 USD for US/International customers and $9.00 USD for Canadian customers will be applied to all refunded returns. These charges do not apply to exchanges.
