Late Return/Exchange Requests

Return requests made outside of the standard 30-day eligibility window will not be eligible for approval.

Please ensure that you have formally submitted your return request within 30 days of your product delivery. Requests not formally submitted within 30 days of order delivery will not be eligible for an extension.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to submit their return or exchange request within the allotted 30-day eligibility timeframe, subject to the terms and conditions of the Return & Exchange Policy.

Any exceptions to the eligibility window will be granted at the sole discretion of the business, subject to approval.
