When will my return or exchange be processed?

Your return package for a return/exchange must first be received by the warehouse.

Once the contents of your package have been verified and approved, your exchange shipment will then be processed.

Important Note: Return/Exchange packages not containing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for refund/exchange.
