How do I submit a warranty claim?
Use the contact form and include the following information:
- A detailed description of the issue and what happened to your item causing the issue.
- The original order number.
- If you did not place the original order, please provide us with the name of the original purchaser.
- A minimum of two (2) photos clearly demonstrating the issue with the item.
- One (1) photo of the item with the order number handwritten on a piece of paper next to it.
- A video demonstrating the issue with your item. [No more than 10 seconds long]
- Confirmation of your current shipping address.
Customer service cannot analyze your request without all of the above information.
How long does it take to hear back about a claim?
We typically respond to your initial warranty inquiry within 24 hours, subject to support volumes and available agents. You may be required to provide additional images or a video if we need more details. Further instructions and next steps will be provided upon assessment of your warranty claim.
Why was my warranty claim denied?
We cannot complete a warranty unless all of the criteria mentioned above are completed. Your warranty claim may also be denied if it does not meet the criteria mentioned in our warranty coverage article. Please address the article for clarification around eligible warranty claims if you have not done so already.
