Returning Orders with Free Items from Promotions

Customers who received a free item in their order as part of a promotion are required to return the free item they received if they are returning all other parts of their order for a refund.

Customers may not return an order simply to receive and keep a free item.

If a customer attempts to return the rest of their order without the free item, the return will not be eligible, and the request will be denied. Under such circumstances, a customer may only be eligible for store credit.
