Return/Exchange Processing
Your package for return/exchange must first be received by the warehouse, unless an exception is otherwise explicitly stated by a support agent.
Once the contents of your package have been verified and approved, your exchange shipment will then be processed.
This process may take several days, depending on return/exchange volumes. Our returns team works as fast as humanly possible.
Even if your order has been delivered to our warehouse, we kindly request that you provide us with an additional 5-10 business days for us to complete your request.
Important Note: Return/Exchange packages not containing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for approval. Your request may be denied.
