Preorder Information

How do preorders work?

Preorder items are products that are currently out of stock but available to purchase in advance while we produce or restock them. By placing a preorder, you reserve your item from incoming inventory.

Once the item is restocked, all preorders are fulfilled and shipped in the order they were placed.


When will I be charged for my preorder?

Your payment method is charged immediately at checkout to reserve your item. You will not be charged again when your order ships.


Are there any restrictions on preorders?

  • Preorders are only available through our COM store for customers outside the EU

  • Limited to 1 unit per item per order

  • Cannot be paid for with gift cards

  • All other standard payment methods are accepted


When will my preorder ship?

Preorders ship as soon as the item is restocked. Orders are fulfilled in chronological order, so earlier orders ship sooner.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been handed off to the carrier.


How long does it take for a preorder item to restock?

Restock timelines vary by product. The most accurate estimate is listed on the product page, where we display a maximum timeframe (e.g., “Up to 105 days”).

Most orders ship sooner as inventory becomes available.


What happens if I pay for express shipping on a preorder?

If you select express shipping, your order will ship using that method once the item is restocked.

Express shipping does not affect how quickly an item restocks and is non-refundable unless the order is cancelled.


What if my preorder is delayed?

If there’s a delay, we’ll email you with:

  • The reason for the delay

  • An updated estimated ship date

  • The option to cancel your order for a full refund

You can cancel your preorder at any time before it ships by contacting our support team.


What if I change my mind?

You can request to cancel your preorder anytime before it ships. Contact our support team for assistance.


I received a “back in stock” notification, but my preorder hasn’t shipped

When an item restocks, we fulfill existing preorders first. You may receive a restock notification while your order is still being processed.

What to expect:

  • Your order will typically ship within 3–5 business days after restock

  • You’ll receive tracking once it ships

If it’s been more than 5 business days without an update, please contact support.


What happens if I place an order with both preorder item and in-stock items?

Items will ship separately:

  • In-stock items: Ship within ~2 business days

  • Preorder items: Ship once restocked

You’ll receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.


How can I check the status of my preorder?

You can check your order status using:

Order status meanings:

  • Unfulfilled — Waiting for restock

  • Fulfilled — Shipped with tracking

If your order exceeds the estimated restocking timeline, please contact support for an update.


I saw a “deferred or recurring purchase” notice at checkout. Is this a subscription?

No, preorders are not subscriptions. This is a one-time charge made at checkout to reserve your item. You will not be charged again.


Can I change the size or item on my preorder?

In most cases, yes, as long as your order hasn’t entered fulfillment.

  • The requested change
