Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, we cannot make any changes to the items in your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. However, cancellations are not always guaranteed due to the transitory nature of order fulfillment.

However, we can attempt to cancel your order if it has not been fulfilled and dispatched. Once cancelled, you can place the order again with the updated changes you desire.

Important Note: Final Sale items that have been shipped are not eligible for refunds.

EU Customer Exceptions

Please be advised that orders made via VitalyDesign.eu for European customers can be returned/exchanged within 30 days according to the Return and Refund Laws of the EU.

Final Sale items in EU orders are only eligible for a full refund within 14 days.

What happens if my order has already shipped?

If your order has already been shipped, you will have to wait for it to arrive. Once you receive your order, you can submit a standard return or exchange request within 30 days.
