Improper or Missing Return Contents

Return parcels must arrive at our designated returns locations and include all items required, in original condition with original packaging for the request to be processed,

Failure to return the required products in full and in the appropriate condition may result in a denial of your request.

Important Note: Lost Returns Disclaimer

Customers must acknowledge and accept that order returns sent to Vitaly Design are the responsibility of the customer. In any circumstance where the returned item(s) do not reach Vitaly Design or arrive in appropriate original condition, the customer understands and accepts that their request may not be processed at the reasonable discretion of the business based on our policies and procedures. 

Damaged Returns

If your returned items demonstrate noticeable wear and tear and are considered not to be in original condition, your return/exchange request may be denied. Eligible refund requests will instead be provided in the form of a gift card for the original value of the item, less the restocking fee.
