Are there any items I cannot return?

Yes, the following items cannot be returned:

• Final Sale items are non-returnable under any circumstances.
• Sale items may only be returned for store credit, but not for a direct refund.
• Items not in brand new resellable condition cannot be returned.
• Earrings and other hygiene-based products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Clothing that has been worn and/or washed cannot be returned.
• Cologne/Fragrances cannot be returned.
