Referral Qualifications

New customers must be referred using an official referral link sent by an existing customer.

Customer referrals cannot be sent cross-regionally. This means EU customers cannot refer customers from outside of the EU, and vice versa. This is a limitation within our referral system.

The referring customer and the referred customer cannot be the same person nor can they be from the same household. In such instances, the referral will be flagged as ineligible due to fraud.
