How do referrals work?

Existing customers with at least one order in their account history can refer new customers to make their first purchase with us with a special discount.

Once the new referred customer completes their first purchase with us using the referral link or code sent by the existing customer, the system will detect the new purchase and send the existing customer their special discount code.

Important Note: Customers within the EU can only refer other customers who live in the EU, and vice versa. A non-EU customer cannot refer an EU customer. This is due to strict functionality restrictions within the referral program.
