How do I track my order?
You can track your order by checking your tracking number through the delivery carrier's website. This information will be provided to you directly by email once your order has been shipped.
Your order confirmation page will also update as your order progresses toward the final delivery destination.
What if my order hasn't shipped yet?
If you have placed your order but it hasn't shipped yet, that means our team is still working on putting your order together for handoff to the delivery carriers.
This process may require 2-4 business days on average. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email update, confirmation and tracking number.
