What if my order hasn't shipped yet?

If you have placed your order, but it hasn't shipped yet, that could be for a few reasons, such as:

1. Our team is still working on putting your order together for handoff to the delivery carriers.
2. Your order contains a preorder item, which means it's out of stock and will not ship until it is restocked.
3. The delivery carrier tracking hasn't updated even though your order is currently en route to your destination.
