How do I polish my items?

Stainless steel does not rust or tarnish, but you can always use a polishing cloth to remove oil and dirt buildup. These can be purchased elsewhere, or you can contact a local jeweller. We include a microfiber polishing cloth with many of our shipped items, which we recommend storing your items in to avoid scratching. 

Some jewellers also offer a polishing service (please note any damage to pieces by a jeweller is not covered under warranty). We do not recommend using a jewellery cleaner/polish. This may cause unintended damage to your item and will also void the warranty.
