Will I need to pay customs fees?

Customs and import fees may be imposed on customer orders by the government of the destination country. Customs charges vary based on the laws and policies of each country. We cannot predict or estimate the amount you may be charged.

Customs and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not pay for or reimburse any additional charges or costs imposed for the final delivery of your package. 

What if I don't want to pay for the customs fees?

Should you decide to refuse payment of customs and duties fees on your orders, your order will be returned to us.

Refusal of your shipment due to customs, duties and import fees will incur a negative cost to the business. Your account may be flagged for future purchases.

You will need to wait for your order to be returned to our warehouse before any further action will be taken. Once received, your parcel will be inspected by our returns team before cancellations and refunds are processed. You will be notified once your refund is submitted.

Important Note:

We cannot manipulate or alter your order information to circumvent or avoid customs and duties fees. These fees may be imposed by the local import/export ministry of your country at will. Therefore, we cannot accommodate any requests for special order arrangements.
